Independent translator (US/UK --> DK) and editor of commercial copy and literature since 2021.

I've translated and edited fiction and non-fiction for Danish publishers People's, Alpha, Forlaget THP, Straarup & Co and Falco.

I hold an MA in Rhetoric from The University of Copenhagen and a Gender Certificate Plus from the same place.

Before setting up shop on my own, I worked for several years as a literary journalist, editor and project manager at The Danish Broadcasting Corporation, DR. I have 10 years experience as a comprehensive sex educator and counsellor with the Danish branch of Planned Parenthood, Sex & Samfund, where I also worked as a project manager of the yearly Sex Week campaign in 2020 and 2022.

In 2024 I worked as a part-time lecturer at DIS, teaching courses on gender and sexuality in European and Scandinavian contexts to American exchange students.
